Benedict's Law Allergy Awareness Training
From September 2026, every school in England is required to have whole-staff allergy awareness training in place. This is that training - delivered in your school, tailored to your setting, and designed to leave every member of staff genuinely confident rather than just compliant.
Whole-staff allergy awareness training built around the statutory guidance introduced under Benedict's Law — named after Benedict Blythe, who died at school from an allergic reaction. Schools are expected to have a whole-school allergy policy and annual staff training in place from September 2026, becoming a full statutory duty shortly after.

Benedict's Law is named after Benedict Blythe, who died at school from a severe allergic reaction. The legislation exists because children's lives depend on the adults around them knowing what to look for and what to do.
This isn't a tick-box exercise - it's an afternoon that could save a child's life. We deliver it in your school, for all your staff, in a session that's thorough without being overwhelming. We cover the legal requirements, the practical skills and the real-world scenarios your team is most likely to face.
